Understanding the timelines for each step in the loan process is crucial for efficient operations, so we want to be transparent about how quick our turnaround times are. Below are the timeframes for various stages of loan processing for brokers, correspondents, and all partners.

Initial Disclosures – Sent within 2 business days of TPO submission

Loan Setup – Completed within 1 business day of initial disclosures being sent

Initial Approvals – Issued within 2 business days of initial disclosures being signed

*Loan submission Cut-Off: 5:30 PM ET / 2:30 PM PT daily. Files submitted after the cut-off will enter the queue the next day.
